Our Professionals Know Your Account Holders: Harris & Harris we work to help them find answers and a path out of debt so they can start putting their financial lives in order. We start by finding a connection with your account holder and on each call, meeting and interaction, we build a sense of trust that enable us to reach better solutions faster.

Inviting Workplace and Dedicated Workforce: At Harris & Harris, we’re doing the things that make our environment a place our associates want to be every day. It’s a warm, contemporary place to work, with lounges to unwind, games to play, a mother’s room, and an Internet cafe to log into the world when off the collections floor.

Company: To improve cash flow, companies need to understand the accounts at risk, total amount of revenue past due and aging balances. All while having the ability to act on those factors with minimal involvement.

Collection Manager: To improve operational efficiency, companies need to track collectors’ progress. This ensures that collection processes and strategies are consistently applied.

Collectors: To boost collector productivity, companies need tools that prioritize accounts that need attention, automate notifications and alerts and streamline interactions with customers.

ANALYSIS

The common features they offered

Packets

  • Each account can be part of a packet. Currently, there is a module that functions as a selector, and it contains all the accounts that are part of this packet
  • This module has the option to detach the window so perhaps we can have a “details” window.

UPDATED

MODULES

Financials

  • The financials module contains information on the selected account as well as the packet information part of this packet
  • It currently has the option to expand on Assigned and Miscellaneous for each one. It might not be worth it to keep it. If you detach this window it shows all the details

Tickler

  • The tickler is a single window with 9 fields, 8 of them are editable
  • When editing a “Save” and “Cancel” Buttons are enabled
  • Note that it is indicating there is an error but it does not specify why. I added just a “1” and it allowed me to save. When the Tickler is saved, a note is created
